A. To confirm booking, you need to pay an advance (say 30%) of the rental on line. The balance is payable on arrival at the Villa.

A. An INR 10,000/- security deposit is taken on arrival but is refundable as long as the villa is returned in the same condition you found it in. This is meant to cover “breakages, excessive soiling of linen, loss of key, etc”, if any.

A. The advance paid for booking confirmation is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of your “arrival date”. If you are staying at the villa and need to leave early, the rental fee is only refundable if we get another booking for the same amount for the same period. Please see the “Tariff” page for details.


A.  We have night guard at the villa and also CCTV round the villa. In addition to this, the management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.

A. The caretaker resides within the premises and would be there round the clock.

A. Sorry, no. But we have a fully furnished kitchen that you can use to prepare breakfast.

A. Once payment is made and the keys are handed over to the Guest, the Guests are pretty much on their own, except that House Keeping is carried out once a day, between 11 am and 1 pm.

A. Guests are expected to go about cooking and washing the utensils on their own. If required, the Caretaker can help with a little bit of cooking or could arrange for a cook, at an additional nominal charge.

A. Yes. Within the villa premises itself.
